Our team will educate you and your team so that you can confidently open and operate your spa. We provide initial and ongoing training and support for all our franchise branches.

Comprehensive Training
Knowledge truly is power. Owners and managers will receive university training, and your nurses and sales team will receive training prior to opening. All modalities are reviewed and trained on, including policies and procedures for all treatments!

    The Covery team offers complete studio design, equipment layout, finish schedule, and assistance in equipment financing, as needed.
  • Technology Training
    Our wellness franchise is always at the forefront of the industry. You’ll be provided full training on all technology systems and software selection to effectively help manage your business.
  • Comprehensive Operations Systems
    You’ll have access to our shared information and educational portal, which will house our policies and procedures for treatments, marketing materials, HIPPA compliance guidelines, vendor partnership marketing materials and educational resources.
  • Marketing Support
    We’ll get the word out about your new wellness franchise. Our guidance and support include social media marketing, public relations, and full collateral packages.
  • Pre-Opening Support
    We’ll make sure that everything is in place so that you can hit the ground running on day one. This includes pre-opening operations and sales for the initial location and all future locations.

  • National Brokerage Firm
    We use a national brokerage firm to assure the best real estate selections for your territory and provide you with a territory map for future locations. This firm also provides complete demographic profiles for the area.
