What We’re Looking for In a Wellness Spa Franchise Owner
At The Covery Wellness Spa, we are looking for driven and passionate entrepreneurs to bring our wellness franchise into new communities throughout the United States. It’s very important that we find people who share our mission and values and who are a great culture fit. Though no previous business or medical experience is necessary to become a Covery owner, we are looking for people with great customer service skills, the ability to follow processes and procedures, and a passion for health, wellness, and helping others. These attributes are critical to a successful partnership with The Covery.
The Covery is also looking for active owner-operators who will contribute ideas and offer input to help us better our brand. Our franchise owners are our eyes on the ground that can see what resonates with clients – and what doesn’t. As a company that is continually evolving, understanding the day-to-day perspectives and experiences of our owners is key to staying ahead of the competition.

Though having a health or medical background is not required since the Medical Director component is included in the franchise itself, having this kind of background is certainly helpful.
