Bio

Michelle came to The Covery after following REGYMEN Fitness to the area. She has 30 plus years of business experience, including in construction for 18 years where she managed offices and job sites such as Walmart and Publix. She has 14 years of experience as a real estate agent and has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years. When she was introduced to fitness in 2008, it became a passion. In 2018, she came to Baton Rouge, managed a REGYMEN Studio, and soon transitioned to the corporate side of the business. Michelle started her journey with The Covery in March of 2020. Her skills in business, HR, finance, and planning, as well as her eye for detail, make her the right candidate for handling The Covery Franchisees' Operational onboarding. Outside of work, Michelle loves traveling and spending time with her four children, two grandchildren, and other family members.
