Alissa Gray is quick to push herself, and even quicker to encourage those around her to be their best selves. Her passion for wellness began to grow during her time at Coastal Carolina University. After graduation, she continued to motivate those around her by coordinating transformations in her community.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Alissa, her husband, Quinton, and daughter, Millie, fill most of their weekends taking walks with their two dogs or going to the beach!
